They will ask thee of the mountains (on that day). Say: My Lord will break them into scattered dust. 105 and leave the earths level and bare, 106 "Nothing crooked or curved wilt thou see in their place." 107 On that day they will follow their caller without deviation. Their voices will be low in the presence of the Beneficent God. You will hear nothing but the tread of the marching feet. 108 On that day no one’s intercession shall benefit except his to whom the Most Gracious has given permission and whose word He has liked. (The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 109 He knows all that is before them and all that is behind them, whereas their knowledge cannot encompass it. 110 ۞ And the faces shall be humbled before the Living, the Self-subsistent Allah, and he who bears iniquity is indeed a failure. 111 But he who does of righteous deeds while he is a believer - he will neither fear injustice nor deprivation. 112 And thus We have sent it down, an Arabic Recitation, and have propounded variously therein of the threats, that haply they may fear, or that it may generate in them some admonition. 113 So high [above all] is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth. And, [O Muhammad], do not hasten with [recitation of] the Qur'an before its revelation is completed to you, and say, "My Lord, increase me in knowledge." 114 AND, INDEED, long ago did We impose Our commandment on Adam; but he forgot it, and We found no firmness of purpose in him. 115
