۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 They are always harassing us. 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 [Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
