Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 relieved you of the burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 And behold, with every hardship comes ease: 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
