۞ Say: O my servants! who have acted extravagantly against their own souls, do not despair of the mercy of Allah; surely Allah forgives the faults altogether; surely He is the Forgiving the Merciful. 53 Turn unto your Lord repentant, and surrender unto Him, before there come unto you the doom, when ye cannot be helped. 54 And follow the best of what was revealed to you from your Lord before the punishment comes upon you suddenly while you do not perceive, 55 Lest any soul should say: Alas, my grief that I was unmindful of Allah, and I was indeed among the scoffers! 56 Or say: "If only God had guided me I would have been a man of fear and piety;" 57 Or (so that no soul) may say when it beholds the punishment, “If only I may be sent back, so that I may do good deeds!” 58 (But now the answer will be): Nay, for My revelations came unto thee, but thou didst deny them and wast scornful and wast among the disbelievers. 59 On the Day of Resurrection you shall see that the faces of those who had lied against Allah have turned dark. Is Hell not vast enough to provide a room to the vainglorious? 60 And Allah will deliver those who feared Him to their place of safety. Evil will not touch them, nor will they grieve. 61 Allah is Creator of all things, and He is Guardian over all things. 62 His are the keys of the heavens and the earth, and they who disbelieve the revelations of Allah - such are they who are the losers. 63
