The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By the chargers panting, 1 and produce sparks 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 And indeed he himself is a witness to it. 7 And indeed he is ardent for the love of good (wealth, becoming greedy). 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11
