And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 It is He who scattered you in the earth, and to Him you shall be mustered. 79 It is He Who gives life and causes death, and He holds mastery over the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand this? 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 Assuredly this we have been promised - we and our fathers - aforetime: naught is this but the fables of the ancients. 83 Say: "To whom belong the earth and all beings therein? (say) if ye know!" 84 They will surely say: "Allah's." Say: "Then why do you not take heed?" 85 Say: "Who is it that sustains the seven heavens and is enthroned in His awesome almightiness?" 86 They will say, "(They belong) to Allah." Say: "Will ye not then be filled with awe?" 87 Ask them, "If you have any knowledge, in whose hands is the ownership of all things? Who is the one who gives protection and yet He Himself is never protected?" 88 They will say: "(All that belongs) to Allah." Say: "How then are you deceived and turn away from the truth?" 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]. 91 knowing all that is beyond the reach of a created being's perception as well as all that can be witnessed by a creature's senses or mind and hence, sublimely exalted is He above anything to which they may ascribe a share in His divinity! 92
