To such will be said, “O My bondmen! This day there shall be no fear upon you, nor any grief.” 68 Those who believed in Our communications and were submissive: 69 Enter paradise, you and your spouses, with happiness blest!" 70 Golden dishes and cups will be passed among them. All that the souls may desire and that may delight their eyes will be available therein. You will live therein forever. 71 this is the Garden which you will inherit by virtue of your past deeds, 72 For you therein are many fruits of which you shall eat. 73 Lo! the guilty are immortal in hell's torment. 74 It shall not be abated from off them, and they will be therein despondent. 75 We did not wrong them, but they were harmdoers. 76 And they will cry: "O thou [angel] who rulest [over hell]! Let thy Sustainer put an end to us!" [whereupon] he will reply: "Verily, you must live on [in this state] 77 Certainly We have brought you the truth, but most of you are averse to the truth. 78 Have they contrived some scheme? If so, We too will contrive a scheme. 79 Or do they, perchance, think that We do not hear their hidden thoughts and their secret confabulations? Yea, indeed, [We do,] and Our heavenly forces are with them, recording [all]. 80 Say, "If the All Merciful had a son, I would be the first to worship him." 81 Exaltations be to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, above that which they describe' 82 So leave them alone to indulge in their vanities and to frolic about until they encounter that Day of theirs against which they have been warned. 83 He who is God in the heavens is also God in the earth; He is the Wise, the Knower. 84 And blessed be He to Whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, and with Whom is the knowledge of the Hour, and to Whom you (all) will be returned. 85 Those whom they call upon, instead of Allah have no power of intercession, except such that testify to the truth based on knowledge. 86 And if you ask them as to Who created them, they will surely answer “Allah” – so where are they reverting? 87 We call to witness the cry of the Messenger: “O Lord, these are a people not wont to believe!” 88 yet pardon them, and say, 'Peace!'
