Have you not seen those who dispute with respect to the communications of Allah: how are they turned away? 69 Those who gave the lie to this Book and all the Books which We had sent with Our Messengers shall soon come to know the Truth 70 When the yokes (shall be) round their necks, and the chains; they shall be dragged along- 71 into the boiling water, then into the Fire they are poured; 72 And then they will be asked: "Where now are those [powers] to which you were wont to ascribe divinity 73 Apart from God?" They will answer: "They have left us in the lurch and fled. In fact it was nothing that we prayed to before." That is how God sends the unbelievers astray. 74 this is an outcome of your having arrogantly exulted on earth without any [concern for what is] right, and of your having been so full of self-conceit! 75 “Enter the gates of hell, to remain in it forever”; so what a wretched destination for the haughty! 76 So be thou patient; surely God's promise is true. Whether We show thee a part of that We promise them, or We call thee unto Us, to Us they shall be returned. 77 Surely We have sent apostles before you, some of whose account We have related to you, and that of some We have not told you. But no apostle was given a miracle unless God dispensed. But when the decree of God comes the sentence is passed with justice; and the lovers of vice and vanity will then come to grief. 78
