۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
