۞ Allah is He Who created you in (a state of) weakness, then gave you strength after weakness, then after strength gave (you) weakness and grey hair. He creates what He wills. And it is He Who is the All-Knowing, the All-Powerful (i.e. Able to do all things). 54 On the Day the Last Hour arrives, the evil-doers will swear they have not even tarried for an hour, they have always been deluded, 55 And those who have been vouchsafed knowledge and belief will say: assuredly ye have tarried according to the decree of Allah until the Day of Upraising; so this is the Day of Upraising, but ye were wont not to know. 56 So on that Day no excuse of theirs will avail the transgressors, nor will they be invited (then) to seek grace (by repentance). 57 Truly, We have set forth for men in this Quran every kind of parable and indeed, if you bring them a sign, those who are bent on denying the truth are sure to say, "You are only making false claims!" 58 Thus does Allah seal up the hearts of those who understand not. 59 Therefore patiently endure, indeed the promise of Allah is true; and may not those who do not have faith make you impatient. 60
