And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them, so that they became the victors; 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 and at night.
