Say: 'I am only a warner. There is not any god but God, the One, the Omnipotent, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver." 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 [how can] you turn away from it?" 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted assembly [of angels] when they were disputing [the creation of Adam]. 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels; Surely I am going to create a mortal from dust: 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? 75 Said he, 'I am better than he; Thou createdst me of fire, and him Thou createdst of clay.' 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 And surely My curse is on you to the day of judgment. 78 He said: my Lord! respite me till the Day whereon they are raised up. 79 He (Allah) said: 'You are among those that are respited 80 till the Day of the known time' 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 He (Allah) said: 'This is the truth, and I speak the truth: 84 That I will most certainly fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all. 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 Lo! it is naught else than a reminder for all peoples 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
