Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
40 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah) before The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ I swear by the Day of Resurrection; 1 and nay, I swear by the self-reproaching soul! 2 Does man think that We will not assemble his bones? 3 Yea! We are able to make complete his very fingertips 4 In fact, people want to have eternal life in this world. 5 He asks, "When will be the Day of Judgment?" 6 At length, when the sight is dazed, 7 and the moon is eclipsed, 8 And the sun and moon are joined together,- 9 On that Day man will say: "Where (is the refuge) to flee?" 10 By no means! there shall be no place of refuge! 11 On that day, the station is only towards your Lord. 12 Man shall on that day be informed of what he sent before and (what he) put off. 13 Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness, 14 even though he may veil himself in excuses. 15 (Muhammad), do not move your tongue too quickly to recite the Quran. 16 Indeed assembling the Qur’an and reading it are upon Us. 17 So, as We recite it, follow its reading. 18 and then, it will be for Us to make its meaning clear. 19 No! But you love the immediate 20 And neglect the hereafter. 21 Some faces that Day shall be Nadirah (shining and radiant). 22 Looking toward their Lord; 23 and upon that day faces shall be scowling, 24 Thou wilt know that some great disaster is about to fall on them. 25 Nay, but when the life cometh up to the throat 26 And they will say, “Is there any one – any magician?” 27 And he (the dying person) will conclude that it was (the time) of departing (death); 28 And one shank is entangled with the other shank. 29 on that Day he will be driven towards your Lord! 30

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
