Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively. 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 Meditate upon the name of your Lord morning and evening; 25 And during the night - worship Him; and hallow Him the livelong night. 26 Verily they love (the good of this world) that is hastily obtainable and are oblivious of the burdensome Day ahead of them. 27 We created them and strengthened their joints; and whenever We wish, We can change their faces entirely. 28 Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way. 29 And ye will not, unless Allah willeth. Verily Allah is ever Knowing, Wise. 30 He admits to His Mercy whomsoever He pleases. As for the wrong-doers, He has prepared for them a grievous chastisement. 31
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
