He it is Who hath created for you ears and eyes and hearts. Small thanks give ye! 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 Rather, they say like what the former peoples said. 81 They say: What! When we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised? 82 Our fathers and we have been given such promises before. These are no more than ancient legends." 83 Ask them: "Whose is the earth and those who are in it? Tell us if you know" 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty Throne?' 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will surely say: "(The dominion over all things) belongs to Allah." Say: "Whence are you then deluded?" 89 We have brought before them the Truth, and there is no doubt that they are lying. 90 No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him! 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
