The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 Who determines and directs, 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 the scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.
