Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 'In peace and security, enter them' 46 We shall cleanse their hearts of all traces of ill-will; they will be like brethren seated on couches facing one another. 47 There shall touch them no toil therein, nor therefrom they shall ever be driven out. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 At the same time, My chastisement is highly painful. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 [Abraham] exclaimed: "And who - other than those who have utterly lost their way - could ever abandon the hope of his Sustainer's grace?" 56 Abraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of Allah)?" 57 They said: Surely we are sent towards a guilty people, 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
