And most surely there is a lesson for you in the cattle; We give you to drink of what is in their bellies-- from betwixt the feces and the blood-- pure milk, easy and agreeable to swallow for those who drink. 66 And from the fruits of date and grapes, for you make juices and good nourishment from them; indeed in this is a sign for people of intellect. 67 And thy Lord inspired the bee, saying: Choose thou habitations in the hills and in the trees and in that which they thatch; 68 then suck the juice of every kind of fruit and keep treading the ways of your Lord which have been made easy." There comes forth from their bellies a drink varied in colours, wherein there is healing for men. Verily there is a sign in this for those who reflect. 69 It is Allah who creates you and takes your souls at death; and of you there are some who are sent back to a feeble age, so that they know nothing after having known (much): for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Powerful. 70
