And We have built the heaven with hands (the Divine Power), and it is We Who give the expanse. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 Do not set up with Allah another god. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Have they arrived at a common understanding concerning this? No; but they are a people given to transgression. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 And [tell them that] I have not created the invisible beings and men to any end other than that they may [know and] worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 So surely those who are unjust shall have a portion like the portion of their companions, therefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
