۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 It is a revelation sent down from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 and you are watching at that time 84 and We are nearer to him than you, although you cannot see Us -- 85 Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.) 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
