Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2

What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed, 36 From the right and the left, in groups? 37 Does every man among them aspire to be admitted into the Garden of serenity? 38 By no means! For We have created them out of the (base matter) they know! 39 So I swear by the Lord of every East and every West, that We are indeed Able. 40 to substitute a better than they; We shall not be outstripped. 41 So leave them to their vain disputes and amusement till they meet their day (of reckoning) promised them, 42 A day when they will come out of the graves in haste, as if rushing towards their goals. 43 Their eyes will be downcast and disgrace will overwhelm them. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44
