▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 in a hidden Book 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 and you are watching at that time 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 He shall have an entertainment of boiling water, 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
