We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they denied him [Iliyas (Elias)], so they will certainly be brought forth (to the punishment), 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
