(Muhammad), say, "I worship only my Lord and do not consider anyone equal to Him". 20 Say thou: verily I own not for you power of hurt nor of benefit 21 Say: "No one can save me from God, nor can I find a place of refuge apart from Him, 22 My duty is only to convey that which I receive from Him and His messages." For those who disobey God and His Messenger there is the fire of hell, wherein they will abide forever. 23 At length, when they see (with their own eyes) that which they are promised,- then will they know who it is that is weakest in (his) helper and least important in point of numbers. 24 (Muhammad), say, "I do not know whether that with which you have been threatened is close by or whether my Lord will prolong the time of its coming. 25 He is the Knower of the Unseen, and He does not disclose His Unseen to anyone 26 Except to him whom He chooses as an apostle; for surely He makes a guard to march before him and after him, 27 (Messenger) so that He would know that the Messengers have conveyed the message of their Lord. He encompasses all that is with them and He keeps a precise account of all things". 28
