Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
