Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
The mutual rivalry for piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things), 1 Until you come to the graves. 2 Nay, you will soon come to know; 3 Nay! Nay! you shall soon know. 4 Nay, were ye to know with certainty of mind, (ye would beware!) 5 Surely ye shall behold the Scorch. 6 Again, indeed you will see it with certainty. 7 Then, on that day, ye will be asked concerning pleasure. 8
