The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
