The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the event befalleth - 1 There is no belying its coming to pass-- 2 It will bring down [some] and raise up [others]. 3 When the earth is violently shaken 4 And the mountains are crumbled, crumbled. 5 And become dust dispersing. 6 And ye will be three kinds: 7 The people of the right hand - those whose books of records will be placed in their right hands. How happy they will be! 8 And the People on the Left: and how miserable will be the People on the Left! 9 But the foremost shall be [they who in life were] the foremost [in faith and good works]: 10 Those are they who will be brought nigh 11 They will dwell in the Gardens of Bliss: 12 A numerous company from among the first, 13 but [only] a few of later times. 14 On lined couches, 15 they shall recline, facing each other, 16 Youths of never-ending bloom will pass round to them 17 Carrying bowls and pitchers – and cups filled with wine flowing before them. 18 by which their minds will not be clouded and which will not make them drunk; 19 And fruit that they prefer 20 And flesh of fowls that they desire. 21 and fair maidens with large, lustrous eyes 22 like hidden pearls, 23 [And this will be] a reward for what they did [in life]. 24 Therein they hear no vain or sinful discourse. 25 All talk will be sound and upright. 26 The Companions of the Right Hand,- what will be the Companions of the Right Hand? 27 Among thornless lote-trees 28 Among Talh trees with flowers (or fruits) piled one above another,- 29 and continuous shade, 30 and flowing water, 31 and an abundance of fruits, 32 That will neither finish, nor ever be stopped. 33 And raised couches; 34 Indeed We formed them (the houris and all believing women), 35 and made them virgins, 36 loving companions, matching in age, 37 For those on the right hand; 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
