On the Day when We call all the people with their record, whosoever is given his book in his right hand shall read their book, and they shall not be wronged by as much as a single datefiber. 71 And whoever is blind in this, he shall (also) be blind in the hereafter; and more erring from the way. 72 AND behold, they [who have gone astray] endeavour to tempt thee away from all [the truth] with which We have inspired thee, [O Prophet,] with a view to making thee invent something else in Our name - in which case they would surely have made thee their friend! 73 And had We not made thee firm [in faith,] thou might have inclined to them a little 74 then We would have let you taste the double of life and death; and you would have found none to help you against Us. 75 And indeed, they were about to drive you from the land to evict you therefrom. And then [when they do], they will not remain [there] after you, except for a little. 76 [That is Our] established way for those We had sent before you of Our messengers; and you will not find in Our way any alteration. 77
