Al-Naml 6 of 7
And the disbelievers said, “Will we, when we and our forefathers have turned into dust, be removed again?” 67 Indeed we and our fathers had been promised this before. It is nothing but the earlier people's lore." 68 Say: 'Journey in the land and see what was the end of the sinners' 69 And grieve not over them or be in distress from what they conspire. 70 And they (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) say: "When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if you are truthful?" 71 Say, "Perhaps some of the things which you wish to experience immediately are very close to you." 72 Lo! thy Lord is full of bounty for mankind, but most of them do not give thanks. 73 Verily your Lord knows what lies hidden in their breasts and what they disclose. 74 There is nothing of the hidden in the heavens and the earth that is not recorded in the luminous Book. 75 Verily this Qur'an recounteth with truth unto the Children of Isra'il much of that wherein they differ. 76 And indeed, it is guidance and mercy for the believers. 77 Lo! thy Lord will judge between them of His wisdom, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; surely you are on the clear truth. 79 Surely you cannot make the dead hear you, nor can you make the deaf hear your call if they turn back in flight, 80 And you will not guide the blind out of their error; and none listen to you except those who accept faith in Our signs, and they are Muslims. 81 ۞ And when the Word falls on them, We will bring out from the earth a beast that shall speak to them: 'Indeed the people were not certain of Our verses.' 82

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
