And whomsoever We cause to live long, We reduce (him) to an abject state in constitution; do they not then understand? 68 AND [thus it is:] We have not imparted to this [Prophet the gift of] poetry, nor would [poetry] have suited this [message]: it is but a reminder and a [divine] discourse, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth, 69 by which he may warn those who are living and may let the words of God come true against the unbelievers. 70 See they not that it is We Who have created for them - among the things which Our hands have fashioned - cattle, which are under their dominion?- 71 We have made the cattle subservient to them so they ride and consume them. 72 other uses also they have in them, and beverages. What, will they not be thankful? 73 They have set up other gods besides God, hoping to be helped by them, 74 They have not the power to help them: but they will be brought up (before Our Judgment-seat) as a troop (to be condemned). 75 Muhammad, let not their words annoy you. We certainly know whatever they conceal or reveal. 76 IS MAN, then, not aware that it is We who create him out of a [mere] drop of sperm - whereupon, lo! he shows himself endowed with the power to think and to argue? 77 And he has struck for Us a similitude and forgotten his creation; he says, 'Who shall quicken the bones when they are decayed?' 78 Say: 'He will quicken them who originated them the first time; He has knowledge of every creation; 79 He who produces fire for you from green trees and from this you kindle fire." 80 And is it not possible for the One Who created the heavens and the earth to create the likes of them? It is surely possible, why not? And He is the Great Creator, the All Knowing of everything. 81 Whenever He decides to create something He has only to say, "Exist," and it comes into existence. 82 Holy is He Who has full control over everything, and to Him you shall all be recalled. 83
