The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the fig and the olive, 1 and Mount Sinai, 2 And by this city of security (Makkah). 3 That We created man of finest possibilities, 4 Then we reduced him to the lowest of the low, 5 except the righteously striving believers who will have a never ending reward. 6 Who, then, can give the lie to you, (O Prophet), about the Reward and the Punishment? 7 Is not God the most equitable of all judges? 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
