Hast thou not regarded those who dispute concerning the signs of God, how they are turned about? 69 Those who belie the Book and that message wherewith We sent Our apostles, presently they shall come to know. 70 When carcans are about their necks and chains. They are dragged 71 In the boiling water, then they will be burned in the Fire. 72 and then they will be asked, "Where are those whom you associated [with God]?" 73 associated with Allah in His Divinity?” They will say: “We have lost them; rather, we never used to call upon anyone before.” Thus will Allah cause them to stumble in error. 74 That is because ye had been exulting in the earth without right, and because ye had been strutting. 75 Enter the gates of Hell to stay therein forever. The abode of the arrogant is evil. 76 Therefore be patient (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), undoubtedly Allah’s promise is true; and whether We show some of what We promise them, or cause you to pass away before it – in any case they will return to Us. 77 And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you, and among them are those [whose stories] We have not related to you. And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of Allah. So when the command of Allah comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all]. 78
