Believers, do not consume usury, doubled and redoubled, and fear Allah, in order that you shall prosper. 130 And ward off (from yourselves) the Fire prepared for disbelievers. 131 And obey Allah and the Messenger; that ye may obtain mercy. 132 ۞ And rush towards forgiveness from your Lord, and towards a Paradise that can hold all the heavens and the earth in its width – prepared for the pious. 133 Those who spend (of that which Allah hath given them) in ease and in adversity, those who control their wrath and are forgiving toward mankind; Allah loveth the good; 134 And those, who, when they have done an ill-deed or wronged themselves, remember Allah and ask forgiveness of their sins - and who forgiveth sins save Allah! - and persist not in that which they have done, while they know. 135 For such the reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens beneath which rivers flow – abiding in it forever; what an excellent reward for the performers (of good deeds)! 136 Indeed there have been examples before you; therefore travel in the earth and see what was the end of the rejecters. 137 This is a declaration to the people, a guidance and an admonition to the cautious. 138 And do not be negligent nor grieve – it is you who will be victorious if you are believers. 139 if you have suffered a wound, they too have suffered a similar wound. We bring these days to men by turns, so that God may know those who believe, and choose witnesses from among you; and God does not love the unjust, 140 This is so that God may try the faithful and destroy the unbelievers. 141 Do you think you will go to Paradise while God does not know who among you strive and persist? 142 And certainly you desired death before you met it, so indeed you have seen it and you look (at it) 143
