Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
