Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is? 2 (Worship) on the Night of Destiny is better than (worship) for a thousand months. 3 The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter. 4 It is peace till the dawning of the day. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
