The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 Who determines and directs, 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble! 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 He who fears will mind, 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
