Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 They will not be affected by any weariness there, and they will never be made to leave." 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 and that My chastisement is the painful chastisement. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 who came to him saying, "Peace be with you." Abraham said, "We are afraid of you". 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 "You bring me the good news now," he said, "when old age has come upon me. What good news are you giving me then?" 54 They said, "We have given you the glad news for a true reason so do not despair". 55 He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" 56 He added: "And what [else] may you have in view, O you [heavenly] messengers?" 57 They said, "We have been sent forth to a guilty people." 58 "Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All - 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60
