Have you considered he who turns his back, 33 who at first gave a little, then later held back? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the Unseen, and therefore he sees? 35 Or, has he not been informed of what is in the scriptures of Musa? 36 And [of] Abraham, who fulfilled [his obligations] - 37 Namely, that no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another; 38 and that man shall have nothing but what he has striven for, 39 and that (the result of) his striving shall soon be seen, 40 and that he shall then be fully recompensed, 41 and that with thy Sustainer is the beginning and the end [of all that exists]; 42 and that it is He who makes to laugh, and that makes to weep, 43 It is He who causes death and gives life. 44 And that He creates the two mates - the male and female - 45 From a drop of liquid, when it is added? 46 And that upon Him (Allah) is another bringing forth (Resurrection); 47 It is He who grants people temporary and durable wealth. 48 And that He is the Lord of the Sirius; 49 and that He destroyed Ad, the ancient, 50 and Thamood, sparing no one, 51 And before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors, 52 And He destroyed the Overthrown Cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah). 53 so that there came upon them that which came. 54 So which then of your Lord's favors do you dispute? 55 This [Prophet] is a warner like the former warners. 56 The Imminent is imminent; 57 none except Allah can disclose it. 58 Marvel ye then at this statement, 59 And laugh and not weep? 60 while you are thoughtless? 61 Rather prostrate yourselves before Allah and serve Him. ۩ 62
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
