What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 Then, as for him who rebelled 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
