Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ When the heaven is split asunder, 1 And when the stars become dispersed, 2 And when the seas are burst forth (got dried up); 3 and when the graves are laid open: 4 every human being will [at last] comprehend, what he has sent ahead and what he has held back [in this world]. 5 O man! What has deceived you about your generous Lord 6 Who created you, fashioned you perfectly, and gave you due proportion; 7 In whatever Form He wills, does He put thee together. 8 Even then you deny the Judgement. 9 And most surely there are keepers over you 10 watching over you 11 who know of all that you do. 12 Behold, [in the life to come] the truly virtuous: will indeed be in bliss, 13 And indeed, the wicked will be in Hellfire. 14 They will burn therein on the Day of Judgment, 15 nor shall they ever be absent from it. 16 What could let you know what the Day of Recompense is! 17 Again, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is! 18 (It will be) the Day when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another: For the command, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah. 19
