And there certainly came to the people of Pharaoh warning. 41 but they rejected all Our miracles. So We seized them in the way that a Majestic and All-powerful One would. 42 Are your Unbelievers, (O Quraish), better than they? Or have ye an immunity in the Sacred Books? 43 Or do they say: "We acting together can defend ourselves"? 44 The army will be routed and put to flight. 45 In fact their promise is upon the Last Day – and the Last Day is very severe and very bitter! 46 Indeed the criminals are astray and insane. 47 On the day when they shall be dragged upon their faces into the fire; taste the touch of hell. 48 We have indeed created all things by a proper measure. 49 And Our Commandment is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And verily We have destroyed your fellows; but is there any that remembereth? 51 All their deeds are in the Scrolls, 52 All things small or great have been written down. 53 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers, 54 Seated in an assembly of the Truth, in the presence of Allah, the Omnipotent King. 55
