The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 But if We had so willed, We could have sent down to them a sign from the heavens so that their heads would be bowed down before it in utter humility. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Verily therein is a sign; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
