The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 then turns it into black stubble. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 in which he will neither die nor live therein. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
