۞ Gather together those who did wrong and their comrades and that which they were wont to worship 22 besides God, and show them the way of hell. 23 And halt them so that they may be questioned. 24 'But what is the matter with you that you cannot help one another?,'" 25 They will submit to questioning then, 26 They will turn to each other saying, 27 These say, 'Why, you of old would come to us from the right hand.' 28 They will say: "No, you were the ones who would not believe. 29 We had no power over you. You were a rebellious people, 30 "So now has been proved true, against us, the word of our Lord that we shall indeed (have to) taste (the punishment of our sins). 31 And we led you to deviation; indeed, we were deviators." 32 Therefore, on that Day they will all share Our punishment. 33 Indeed, that is how We deal with the criminals. 34 for when it was said to them, 'There is no god but God,' they were ever waxing proud, 35 And to say: What! shall we indeed give up our gods for the sake of a mad poet? 36 (They say so although) he brought the Truth and confirmed the veracity of the Messengers. 37 Most surely you will taste the painful punishment. 38 And you shall not be rewarded except (for) what you did. 39 Save the chosen slaves of Allah (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism). 40 For them there is a known provision, 41 Fruits (Delights); and they (shall enjoy) honour and dignity, 42 In gardens of pleasure 43 Facing one another on thrones, 44 a cup from a spring being passed round to them, 45 White, a pleasure unto the drinkers. 46 there is neither sickness in it, nor intoxication. 47 And with them are those who do not set gaze upon men except their husbands, the maidens with gorgeous eyes. 48 as if they were hidden pearls. 49 And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other. 50 Said one of the speakers: "I had a friend 51 'Do you believe in the Day of Judgment? 52 What! when we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then be certainly brought to judgment? 53 He says, 'Are you looking down?' 54 Then he looked down and saw him in the midst of hell. 55 He will say to his friend in hell, "By God, you almost destroyed me. 56 "Had it not been for the Grace of my Lord, I would certainly have been among those brought forth (to Hell)." 57 Are we not then to die 58 "Except our first death, and that we shall not be punished?" 59 Surely this is the supreme triumph. 60 It is for the like of this that all should strive. 61 Is this a better hospitality or the tree of AzZakkum! 62 We have made this (tree) a trial for the evildoers. 63 For it is a tree that springs out of the bottom of Hell-Fire: 64 Its emerging fruit as if it was heads of the devils. 65 Truly they will eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith. 66 On top of it they shall have a brew of boiling water, 67 then their return is to Hell. 68 They found their fathers in error, 69 and rushed to follow them. 70 And there had already strayed before them most of the former peoples, 71 though We had sent warners among them. 72 Then look how was the end of those who were warned - 73 Other than the chosen creatures of God. 74

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. (5) وقف المجاذبة أو المعانقة حيث يجب الوقف في أي من موضعين قريبين ولكن ليس كلاهما، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة تظهر في أحد الموقعين باحتمال النصف للنصف.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
