And assuredly unto the household of Fir'awn came the warning. 41 They denied Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability. 42 Are the unbelievers among you any better than they? Or is there immunity for you in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: We are a host allied together to help each other? 44 The group will soon be routed, and will turn their backs to flee. 45 Surely the Hour will be the moment of their promise, and that moment will be calamitous and distressing. 46 Verily the culprits shall be in great error and madness. 47 The Day they will be dragged through the Fire on their faces, (they will hear:) "Taste ye the touch of Hell!" 48 Verily everything! We have created it by a measure. 49 It takes only a single command from Us (to bring the Day of Judgment) and that can be achieved within the twinkling of an eye. 50 And indeed, We have destroyed your likes, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? 51 And everything they did is in written records. 52 every action, small or great, is noted down. 53 The God-conscious will find themselves in gardens and rivers, 54 in the seat of truth with an all-powerful sovereign. 55
