Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Ya Sin. 1 By the wise Qur'an, 2 You (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) are indeed one of the Noble Messengers. 3 On a right way. 4 This is a revelation sent down from the Majestic and All-merciful 5 That you may warn a people whose ancestors had never been warned, who are therefore heedless. 6 Undoubtedly, it (their disbelief) has proved true for most of them, so they will not believe. 7 We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads. 8 And We have placed before them a barrier and behind them a barrier, so We have covered them, so that they see not. 9 And it is alike unto them, whether thou warnest them or warnest them not; they shall not believe. 10 You only warn he who follows the Remembrance and fears the Merciful in the Unseen. Give to him glad tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 Verily We! We shall quicken the dead. And We write down that which they send before and their footsteps. And everything We have counted up in a Book luminous. 12
