Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Qaf; by oath of the Glorious Qur’an. 1 Aye! they marvel that there hath come unto them a warner from among themselves; so the infidels Say: this is a thing wondrous! 2 Shall we be brought back when we are dead and have become dust? That is a return remote! 3 We know all what the earth decreases from them; and with Us is a Book that retains. 4 But no! They called the truth a lie when it came to them; so they are in a confused state. 5 Have they not seen how We have established the sky above them and decked it without gaps and cracks? 6 We spread out the earth and set upon it solid mountains and We brought forth from it all kinds of delightful plants, 7 thus offering an insight and a reminder unto every human being who willingly turns unto God. 8 And We send down from the sky blessed water whereby We give growth unto gardens and the grain of crops, 9 And lofty palm trees having fruit arranged in layers - 10 a provision for the servants, and thereby We revived a land that was dead. Even so is the coming forth. 11 In the past Noah's people, and the people of Rass and Thamud gave the lie (to Messengers), 12 And the tribe of A’ad, and Firaun, and the fellowmen of Lut. 13 and the dwellers of the Wood, and the people of Tubba': every one denied their messengers, and so My warning came true. 14 Are We then wearied with the first creation? Aye! they are in dubiety regarding a new creation. 15
