Is it harder to create you or the heaven? But Allah built it, 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 preferring the present life, 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
