The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the snorting chargers, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 And penetrate forthwith into the midst (of the foe) en masse;- 5 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
